Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Khôra Wellness facilities, services, memberships, class packs, Recovery Room services, and bookings.

By purchasing a membership, class pack, drop-in session, Recovery Room session, or attending any service provided by Khôra Wellness, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.

All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months.

Following the initial commitment period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.

A minimum of thirty (30) days written notice is required for all membership cancellations.

Membership Freezes

Memberships may be frozen once per calendar year for up to thirty (30) consecutive days for medical reasons, travel, or emergencies.

Supporting documentation may be requested.

Founding Memberships

Founding Membership rates remain valid while memberships remain active and in good standing.

If a Founding Membership is cancelled, suspended, terminated, or otherwise lapses, the founding rate will be permanently forfeited.

Class Packs & Validity

* Intro Pack: 3 weeks

* 5 Pack: 6 weeks

* 10 Pack: 3 months

* 20 Pack: 5 months

The same validity periods apply to both Mat and XFormer packs.

Unused credits expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 10 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class or Recovery Room booking.

Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the applicable session credit.

Late Arrival Policy

Participants arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted entry.

No refunds or replacement credits will be provided.

Grip Socks

Grip socks are mandatory for all XFormer classes, no exceptions.

Recovery Room

Recovery Room bookings are subject to the same booking, cancellation, and attendance policies as classes.

Payments & Refunds

All fees are payable in advance.

Memberships, class packs, drop-ins, and Recovery Room sessions are non-refundable except where required by South African law.

Photography

Khôra Wellness may capture photographs and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

Members who do not wish to appear in such content should notify us in writing.

Privacy

Khôra Wellness processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
