Studio Rules
Welcome to Khôra Wellness.
Our studio is designed to be a calm, welcoming space for movement, recovery, and connection. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all members observe the following studio guidelines.
Arrive Early
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class or Recovery Room session.
This allows sufficient time to check in, settle into the space, and prepare for your session.
Late Arrival Policy
For the safety and experience of all participants, entry will not be permitted more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time.
Late arrivals will forfeit their booking credit.
Grip Socks
Grip socks are mandatory for all XFormer classes.
Participants arriving without grip socks may purchase a pair from the studio, subject to availability.
What to Wear
Comfortable activewear suitable for movement is required for all classes.
We recommend fitted athletic clothing that allows instructors to observe alignment and movement safely.

Please keep mobile phones on silent mode while in the studio.
We encourage members to disconnect from their devices and be fully present during their time at Khôra.
Photography or filming during classes is not permitted without prior approval.

Our heated Mat classes are designed to enhance the movement experience through elevated temperatures.
Please remain hydrated and listen to your body throughout class.
If you experience dizziness, nausea, or discomfort, stop immediately and notify your instructor.
